Editorial Policy

At AI Insider Daily, My mission is to publish honest, practitioner-tested coverage of the AI economy — tools, trends, careers, and money-making workflows. This page describes how we research, write, review, disclose, and correct our content.

1. Our Editorial Mission

We exist to help readers make confident, well-informed decisions about AI tools, careers, and opportunities. Every published article is held to three standards:
  • Useful — solves a real problem the reader has
  • Honest — discloses limitations, costs, and trade-offs, not just upsides
  • Tested — workflows and tools are tried in production, not just described from a press kit

2. Who Writes for AI Insider Daily

All content is currently written or reviewed by Subbarao Balepalli, the founder of AI Insider Daily and a Senior Data Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, automation workflows, and data-driven systems. Subbarao also independently publishes Android applications on Google Play that apply AI, analytics, and automation in live products. You can verify credentials and connect with the author here: LinkedIn profile · About page · Author page.

3. How We Research and Write

  • Primary sources first. We rely on official documentation, vendor announcements, peer-reviewed research, and direct hands-on testing rather than second-hand summaries.
  • Hands-on validation. Tool reviews, tutorials, and “make money with AI” workflows are personally executed before publication. If we couldn’t make it work, we say so.
  • Multiple references. Trend pieces are cross-checked against at least two independent reputable sources.
  • Plain language. We avoid hype words like “revolutionary,” “game-changer,” or “ultimate” unless we can substantiate the claim with data or hands-on results.

4. Use of AI in Content Creation (Disclosure)

AI Insider Daily is run by an AI practitioner — it would be dishonest to claim we don’t use AI tools at all. Here is exactly how AI is used in our editorial process:
  • We use AI for: brainstorming outlines, drafting first passes, generating illustration images, translating, summarising long technical documents we cite, and grammar/style checks.
  • Every published article is human-reviewed and edited by Subbarao before going live — facts checked, claims verified, examples tested, opinions added.
  • We do not publish raw, unverified AI output, AI-generated reviews of tools we haven’t used, or fabricated statistics.
  • We do not use AI to generate fake author profiles, fabricate hands-on experience claims, or impersonate practitioners.
If you ever spot content that looks unverified or AI-generated without value-added review, please email us (below) and we will investigate and correct or retract.

5. Sourcing and Citations

When we reference third-party data, research, or news, we link directly to the original source. We attribute quotes, statistics, and screenshots clearly. We do not republish full copyrighted articles or paywalled content; we summarise and link.

6. Update and Review Cadence

  • Tool reviews — reviewed every 6 months or after a major product update.
  • Tutorials — reviewed every 6–12 months; pricing and screenshots refreshed when tools change UI.
  • Career & jobs guides — reviewed annually or when industry data shifts materially.
  • Trend pieces — dated and not updated; if a take ages poorly, we add an editor’s note rather than silently rewriting history.
Significantly revised articles display the updated date prominently. Minor copy/typo fixes are not date-stamped.

7. Corrections Policy

We aim to be accurate, but mistakes happen. If you find a factual error, broken link, outdated screenshot, or misleading claim, please email uncover360@gmail.com with the URL and the specific issue.
  • Typos and minor errors — corrected silently and as quickly as possible.
  • Factual errors — corrected with a visible “Correction:” note appended to the article and the date of correction.
  • Major errors (e.g. wrong recommendation, misattributed quote) — corrected, dated, and disclosed publicly on the article and on our social channels.

8. Affiliate Links, Sponsorships, and Advertising

  • Affiliate links — some external links on our site may be affiliate links. We disclose this in our Disclaimer. An affiliate relationship never determines our recommendation; we recommend the tool that genuinely works best for the reader’s stated use case.
  • Sponsored content — we currently do not publish sponsored or paid-placement articles. If this changes, sponsored posts will be clearly labelled as “Sponsored” in the title and at the top of the article.
  • Display advertising — we serve display ads via Google AdSense. Ads are not editorial endorsements.

9. Independence

AI Insider Daily is independently owned and operated by Subbarao Balepalli. We have no investor, parent company, or vendor that can dictate or veto our editorial coverage. Our income comes from display advertising and (where disclosed) affiliate commissions — never from coverage decisions.
